Congratulations John!!

That's right, all his hard work and award winning has paid off, John got a promotion. He is now an Equipment Foreman. He started his new position yesterday and the funny thing is he is still at the mediburn, and really doesn't know when it will change. He will be going up to the big incinerator, but only after everyone is trained and ready. I am so proud of how he is taking advantage of all opportunities that open up, it would be really easy to just stay in a comfort zone, great job John!!
